  • Accommodation preferences (luxury hotels, boutique stays, private villas, etc.)
  • Activities or experiences you want included (culinary tours, private guides, cultural events, outdoor adventures).

3. Itinerary Development

• Based on your input, the travel expert will design a draft itinerary tailored to your wishes.
• The itinerary may include:
  • Handpicked accommodations
  • Private transfers or chauffeured transport
  • Guided tours and excursions (e.g., truffl e hunting, cooking classes, boat trips, wine tastings)
  • Special experiences (off-the-beaten-path locations, local events, unique cultural activities)
• You’ll receive the proposed itinerary to review and can request adjustments until it perfectly fits your vision.

4. Booking and Confirmation

• Once you approve the final itinerary, the travel company will handle all bookings – accommodation, activities, transfers, and any extras.
• You’ll receive a detailed, confirmed itinerary along with travel documents and practical information.

5. Pre-Departure Support

• Prior to your trip, you’ll get helpful resources such as packing lists, weather updates, and local tips.
• The travel team remains available for last-minute questions or support, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your Croatian adventure.

Pricing for a trip with Adriatic Journeys

Pricing guidelines below are for informative purposes where you can approximately see your travel cost.

Bear in mind that prices are not fixed and they can vary depending on how many persons are going, time of the year (peak season in July and August are more expensive) and your preferences and priorities (it will be more expensive if you are interested in 5 star hotels and personal guide throughout your whole trip or boutique hotels and guides with flexible days and free time).

GRAPE / 500 – 1000$ per person per day

includes a thoughtful selection of luxury accommodations, a mix of exclusive private experiences with local experts (along with as much free time as you would like)

TRUFFLE 1000$ + per person per day

simply includes the best of the best, with boundless possibilities.

In the course of planning your trip, we typically require a small itinerary design fee. This enables us to dedicate truly personalized attention to each of our travelers. The amount varies depending on factors including trip length and the nature of your request, and is fully applicable to the fi nal cost of your trip.

Your personalized itinerary is offered as a completely bespoke package, and we don’t include itemized pricing.

Some travelers don’t have a specific budget in mind, but if you have a preferred range or limit please just let us know and we’ll be happy to work with you.
